We have been established here in Mallorca since 2000.  We are a relatively small family run business with special emphasis on the personal touch. 

 

We can offer you a comprehensive property care service tailored to suit your specific requirements, whilst remaining cost effective. 

 

We pride ourselves on looking after each property as if it were our own.  Should you decide that we can help you with any aspects of property care you can be assured that you will receive a professional, friendly response.

Whilst at the property we would keep an eye on the general upkeep, for example paintwork inside and out, any issues with damp and any other general maintenance issues.  We would of course inform you of any action we think it may be necessary to take and would be able to recommend reliable tradesmen to undertake any works required.
