Pool Maintenance
We will maintain your pool on a regular basis ensuring that it is always looking pristine.
We will check that the water level is correct and maintained at the recommended level.
We will check that the chemical levels are correct and adjust them when necessary.    Â
At certain times of the year a weekly visit can be sufficient. But there are certain times throughout the year that more frequent visits may be required.  In the height of summer when the pool is in constant use it may require cleaning twice weekly. We would of course advise you accordingly and agree the number of visits with you. Â
We are happy to deal with the maintenance of both chlorine and salt chlorinated pools.
Should your pool be heated we can make sure that on your arrival the heating has been switched on if required.
Gardening
All gardens in Mallorca normally require some sort of automatic watering system to keep the plants looking good. We can help with the installation or repairs to existing systems. We can suggest planting ideas and supply and arrange pots for your terraces.  We can deal with general pruning, the treatment of insects/bugs and keeping your garden areas clean and presentable.
Cleaning
We can offer a comprehensive cleaning service. You may need just a one off clean, a pre-season or an end of season clean, or you may require cleaning on a more regular basis. We can help you with all of this. Our cleaning service would involve thorough cleaning of the property inside and out, including windows and shutters. Beds made and towels presented for the use of arriving guests. Also we can put out and arrange any outside furniture, cushions etc. If we felt that you would benefit from the heating or air conditioning being switched on we would advise you accordingly.
Laundry
We will ensure that on your departure all laundry, including linen and towels, are removed. Linen will be washed and ironed, towels washed and tumble dried. On your next visit you will encounter crisp fresh linen and clean fluffy towels.
Security contact
Should your property have an alarm installed we could be listed as the point of contact if there are any issues regarding the alarm.
Key Holding
You may be a client who does not rent out your property or visit the island as often as you would like. Maybe you have decided  that you don’t need comprehensive property management. You would however like someone trustworthy on hand to hold a key to your property. Maybe on occasion someone will need access for a delivery or to carry out repairs. We can help you with this, we could open the property and be available to oversee events.
Meet & Greet
We can be available to meet your guests on their arrival and familiarise them with all aspects of your property. We can also arrange for a welcome pack to be left containing essentials if required and if there are any special requests for the hiring of a wheelchair, buggy, travelcot, highchair etc. we can deal with these too.
We are available for you or your guests should you need any help or advise during your stay.
