We have known Rob and Jane for over ten years and more recently Ryan who has joined Casacare as a member of the team who clearly also has the same desire to exceed the expectations of the clients. They are hard working, trustworthy and total confidential.
We originally owned an apartment which Jane looked after, when we purchased a larger more complex property their help and contacts was and is invaluable. We have updated the property and it was very reassuring having someone to oversee many of the improvements we have made.
They take complete control of maintenance, housekeeping, garden, pool and vehicles. The service we receive is excellent and value for money. More importantly Casacare is not just a reactive management service solving issues or problems as they arise but proactively ensuring we do our best to spot problems before they happen.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN We were introduced to Casa Care in 2012 when we were looking for a company to provide us with a complete maintenance service for our villa in Puerto Andratx. The service that Casa Care has provided and continues to provide is first class.
The house garden and pool are always immaculate on our arrival. Rob and Jane have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions such as dealing with the local utility services and ensuring that the car is serviced and taxed on time and its the little things that make a big difference such as making sure that lights are switched on for us when we are arriving late at night and that the fridge is stocked for breakfast. It is reassuring knowing that they will always be at the end of the phone for those moments when the unforeseeable happens.
Their combined knowledge of local reliable tradespeople has been of immense help and they are always on hand to let people in and lock up again when work is being done on the house. They have a complete understanding of everything necessary to keep our villa functioning well, with a good network of local suppliers to cover technical issues, such as electrical, plumbing and building. Our place is always cleaned and maintained to a high standard and given current difficulties with travel, it gives us a huge comfort knowing that they are close at hand.
